CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen and changes to your appointment may be necessary. You may reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment. For last-minute changes, please call or text 909-278-8088. Important: · A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged the 35% cancellation fee unless you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up. · Two consecutive reschedules or cancellations will result in a 35% service fee, even if changes are made before the 24-hour window. · Running late? Please text 909-278-8088 with your estimated arrival time. · After 10 minutes late, appointments may be shortened, modified, or considered no-shows if we haven’t heard from you. · A courtesy confirmation text will be sent; not confirming does NOT cancel your appointment.
