Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and changes to your appointment may be necessary. You can easily reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before. Need last-minute changes? Call/Text 909-278-8088.

· To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required on file. Your card will not be charged the 35% cancellation fee unless you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.

· After 10 minutes late, appointments may be shortened/modified or considered no-shows (if we haven’t heard from you)
• A courtesy text will be sent to confirm your appointment, but please note, that not confirming your appointment does NOT mean your appointment is canceled. Please contact us to cancel and avoid any fees/penalties for last minute changes.
