Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and there are times that you may need to change or cancel your appointment, but please let me know as soon as possible.
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file in order to hold the appointment.
Changes to your appointment can be done directly online with a 24 hour notice. Changes or cancellations within the 24 hour window of your appointment may result in a 50% of service no-show fee that will be charged to the card on file.
If you are running late, please TEXT at 909-278-8088 to notify me. There’s is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the 50% of service no-show fee will apply.
